As the owner operator of a Hair & Beauty salon, life is pretty hectic to say the least. Above and beyond says it all. Above & Beyond’s service and professional advice is second to none. I have worked with other bookkeepers in the past that were happy just to crunch the numbers and didn’t really offer me any advice to help me solve those day-to-day problems or save me time in the office. Nikki takes the time to get to know you and your business and works out a plan to address these issues. She is a great listener. Since I have been with Above and Beyond, I have converted to Xero. This was a daunting task, but Above & Beyond made the transition so simple. It has cut my office time by half, time that I can now spend on my business. They have extensive knowledge in small business and the challenges that come with that and are always ready with a solution. Nothing is too hard for Above & Beyond and they have that ‘can do’ attitude which is hard to find.
I hesitated in hiring Above & Beyond Books, because I felt like I was asking too much of them, they were having to clean up such a big mess - our mess! It was great though because they were able to back track, fix up the mistakes from the past. They were so friendly and easy going that it made the whole thing a lot easier. Their great service and flexibility really work for us. We’re really busy, so it’s important that we have someone who can work around our busy schedules and keep us on track to not lose sight of the figures. Above & Beyond Books have an easy-going manner, fantastic communication skills and they just get things sorted out with no fuss.
