Nikki

Manager & BAS Agent

Nikki is the Owner & Manager of Above and Beyond Books, she is not your usual kind of bookkeeper. She is comfortable in chaos in a way that makes her look more like a business owner but don’t underestimate her tenacity to balance those books and to track down that missing digit. She loves a challenge, is passionate about business and absolutely loves inspiring people to grow themselves as well as their business. On the weekends she shifts 180 degrees and puts on her farmers hat and her apron and spends 50/50 between being on the ride on mower and cooking in the kitchen.

Elisha

Bookkeeper & BAS Agent

Elisha is one of valued Bookkeeper’s and a qualified BAS Agent with a gift for balancing the impossible, experienced with Xero and QuickBooks but will learn it all. An animal lover with her dog always in tow, her past lives also include working in the horse racing industry. We are incredibly proud of Elisha for winning the outstanding recognition of Rising Star Bookkeeper 2024!

Dimity

Business Manager

Dimity is the Administrative Business Manager, born in Melbourne Australia but grew up in the UK, Juggler of life & work she isn’t happy unless she is busy helping & supporting someone. She has a Grey Korat Cat she adores & her favourite thing to do is laugh & dance around the kitchen.

Melissa

Account Manager & Bookkeeper

Hi there, call me Mel, I can handle it. It is on record that I can also handle children, grandchildren, science, and Nursing. But nothing beats the therapy that comes from crunching numbers. Oh! and gardening. (I’m Ok right)?

Jodie

Account Manager & BAS Agent

Hi, I’m Jodie. I live in Melbourne, Australia where I have worked in the Accounting, Banking & Finance Sectors over the last 30 odd years. In my free time I love nothing more than spending it with my family, especially when we go on a camping adventure.

Maggie

Office Administrator & Team Assistant

Hey! I’m Maggie, a recent high school graduate always looking for new things to learn and experience. I love nothing more than sitting down and getting tasks done. Just like Dimity, I love helping people and supporting them with whatever they need – maybe that’s why we make such a stellar admin team! When I’m not in the office you can find me working at one of my other jobs, hanging out with my friends, snuggling with my dog or reading a romance book!
