Nikki

Manager & BAS Agent

Nikki is the Owner & Manager of Above and Beyond Books, she is not your usual kind of bookkeeper. She is comfortable in chaos in a way that makes her look more like a business owner but don’t underestimate her tenacity to balance those books and to track down that missing digit. She loves a challenge, is passionate about business and absolutely loves inspiring people to grow themselves as well as their business. On the weekends she shifts 180 degrees and puts on her farmers hat and her apron and spends 50/50 between being on the ride on mower and cooking in the kitchen.

Elisha

Bookkeeper & BAS Agent

Elisha is one of valued Bookkeeper’s and a qualified BAS Agent with a gift for balancing the impossible, experienced with Xero and QuickBooks but will learn it all.

An animal lover with her dog always in tow, her past lives also include working in the horse racing industry.

Dimity

Business Manager

An integral part of the business, Dimity keeps everything organised, running smoothly, and supports both the team and clients.

“I love helping our team and clients stay organised and on track. Planning, problem-solving, and keeping everything flowing smoothly is what I do best.

Outside of work, you’ll find me exercising, dancing around the kitchen, or spoiling my cat, Cosmo. Balancing work and life keeps me energised and motivated to bring my best to everything I do.”

Cassandra

Office Administrator & Team Assistant

When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying life with my family, running around as MUM-TAXI or cozied up somewhere reading a book.”

Anastasia

Anastasia is full of life, loves spending time with friends, family, and her fur baby Max, and never misses a chance to travel—Greece being a favourite destination.

Emma is a dedicated bookkeeper who thrives in chaos, loves a good challenge, and goes out of her way to help both clients and the team.

“I love numbers and organisation, and I’m always keen to learn something new. I enjoy tackling tricky tasks and helping straighten things up when needed.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my animals, reading, or simply being outside with my horses -my absolute happy place.”

Alison

Bookkeeper & BAS Agent

Alison is an experienced bookkeeper who loves numbers, organisation and the satisfaction of solving bookkeeping challenges.

“ I really enjoy the balance of numbers, the systematic side of processing data and, of course, solving those tricky bookkeeping issues!

One of my favourite things about bookkeeping is the opportunity to work with so many different businesses and industries. There’s always something new to learn, and I find helping people with the financial side of their business incredibly rewarding.

I live on the South Coast of NSW with my family, two dogs and a cat. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me walking the dogs, reading, pottering around in the yard or spending time with my family.”

Mikayla

Mikayla is energetic, loves spending time with her fiancé and dog, and enjoys staying active and exploring new adventures.

“I’m a registered BAS Agent with over five years’ bookkeeping experience, and I love helping businesses keep their books organised and understand where their money is going. No two days are ever the same, which keeps my work exciting.

When I’m not working from my home office, you’ll find me baking, exercising, or planning my next adventure -dreaming of the Greek Islands!”

Shiela

Bookkeeper

Shiela is a thoughtful and curious bookkeeper who loves learning, analysing data and finding the story behind the numbers.

“I love art, and in a way, I think bookkeeping & accounting is an art too – so I still get to be an artist! I genuinely enjoy analysing data and working through the numbers to understand how everything fits together, which is something I find really fulfilling.

I’m a big believer that learning is a continuous process. I always try to ‘empty my cup’ and make room for new knowledge, ideas and experiences.

Outside of work, I love reading and learning new things, but most importantly, I’m a proud wife and mum to two beautiful children who inspire me every day.”
